"We've accumulated a very nice portfolio loaded with athletic/precocious types that should do well at next year's juvenile sales.  We've also hedged our investments by purchasing horses eligible for lucrative regional programs where the competition is weak and the overhead is minimal.  If anything doesn't sell, I feel confident we'll have a lot of fun with any of them at the races next year."
